Discriminatory remarks, obscene or offensive language is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vulgar language and profanity
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Derogatory or insulting comments about individuals, a group, or a company

Respect other’s opinions. Do not mock or harass anyone who may have made a mistake. Feel free to disagree but be respectful.

  1. Keep it professional

No adult content including graphic language or images allowed.

No direct promotion or advertisements are permitted. Unsolicited spam posts promoting yourself or a business will be deleted.

Refrain from posting any disparaging comments about any other business, organizations or services. Opinions of another business, organization or service should be presented objectively.

  1. Exercise discussion forum best practices

Keep responses relevant to the original thread.

Read previous comments to ensure that you’re not repeating what’s been stated and what you’re adding is new and valuable.

Consider avoiding excessive capital letters, which could make your comments appear as yelling.

Avoid slang terms and use proper grammar and spelling to ensure readability. Nonsensical comments may be deleted to avoid confusion.

Be as brief as possible. Your peers are less likely to respond to long-winded questions or comments.
