Hello! I have a client interested in artificial intelligence, does anyone have a recommended source for me to learn more?
Best,
Rachael
Artificial intelligence is one of the hottest trends in technology. CIO.com and Mckinsey.com are good websites for gathering information on how companies are using AI. Below is an example link for an overview of AI for executives from McKinsey.
I agree with Shelly. Also, this guy from Patina gives a brief but impactful audio overview in 12 minutes or so. Real-life examples for newbies.

Good sources listed above. I can highly recommend the Patina Talks provided by Ed Cannon (linked above by Dan). Ed and I worked together on a project for a large manufacturer, and he has some great insights. I would also suggest taking a look at KMWorld ... their articles often contain practical applications of AI in a variety of situations.
In my professional work in the arena of knowledge management, AI continues to gain strength and speed, particularly as it relates to machine learning and improved search within and across an organization's intellectual capital.
Rachel, can you provide a little background and context to your client's interest in AI? I know that would be helpful would helpful to me in adding value to this exchange.
