What do most of us use for CRM tracking? I'm done with Excel. Thinking about Mimiran or others.

I've been using the free version of Hubspot for over a year and it's fully met my needs, if not more than I've had time to really use. I did have my son (college senior at the time) figure out the basics and give me an hour and change tutorial to get me started.

I've connected it to my MS 365 account to facilitate scheduling meetings - here's my link so you can see what that looks like - https://meetings.hubspot.com/joe-magid . I block out time I don't want to show as available.

I am not using it to send out e-mails both because I don't need that level of tracking and because I don't want to take the time to make sure they look the way I want, and I think it drops a Hubspot link into it with the free account.

You can use a Hubspot bcc or forward e-mail address tied to your account to "send" e-mails to Hubspot which either creates a new entry for the person you e-mailed (or e-mailed you with the forward optoin) or add the e-mail to an existing entry.

Tasks are easy to create and set to pop an alarm and/or e-mail a reminder (which I pipe to a sub-folder and get to when I have time).

I hope this is helpful - Joe
