I picked up an executive coaching project from a current client this week.
I am working on an offer to potential clients to assist in the development, implementation of and ongoing management of reopening plans.

I am in the middle of a potential sale of a client to a foreign based company. The necessary pandemic restrictions are making the process difficult but it is slowly moving forward.
It's odd that in the profession of Human Resources you would think companies need this role more than ever due to the pandemic. I have previously been a believer in having contagious illness policies as part of the employee handbook.

Same here, it seems many projects are in need of tenured resources however many stall. Even in the Regulatory/FDA area.
I had two projects placed on hold. Both were related to acquisition integrations that were placed on hold. Consulting inquiries are down 80%.
My projects are tied to M&A, either buy or sell side. Hard when no one knows what anything is worth. Let’s hope for a short delay.
Most middle market owners without a board wait too long to react, consistent with their lack of planning in good times. Short memories of last down cycle. Will it change this time or will they pass this as a one time event?
